The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Yogashala is a 24-day residential professional immersion built around one purpose: turning a committed practitioner into a confident, qualified teacher. You will practice Traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa daily, study Anatomy, Physiology, and Vedic Philosophy in depth, and spend dedicated sessions learning how to actually lead a class  not just perform in one. Small batches of 12–15 students ensure your teacher knows your body, your alignment gaps, and your progress by name.This course follows Yoga Alliance USA guidelines and is recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
