Adriatico Wine Bar: Italian Wine Bar & Wine Tasting in Lightwater, Surrey. The wine list stands around 20–25 bottles at any time: wines from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, and New Zealand are available by the glass or bottle. The list changes throughout the year, so there is usually something new to try. The food is Italian aperitivo style: charcuterie boards, salumi, burrata, bresaola, buffalo mozzarella, bruschetta, and cheese boards. Most people order a board to share alongside a bottle. The bar runs wine tasting nights, birthday evenings, networking events, and private dinners roughly 2–4 times a month. Private hire takes up to 50 guests. Open Thursday to Saturday from 5 pm to 11 pm.
